  • Extended protection against discrimination

  • Reinstatement is the primary remedy for a Personal Grievance

  • Payday Reporting

  • Introduction of Family Violence Leave

  • Minimum wage increases

  • 30-day rule restored

  • The duty to conclude collective bargaining restored

  • Pay rates to be included in collective agreements

  • Active choice information to be supplied to employees about unions

  • Paid time off for union delegates
